Teak Capital
Teak Capital is the family office of the Moreira da Silva family. Its objective is to provide strategic and management consultancy and to professionally manage different investments with the main purpose of protect and create value for its shareholders, while making a positive contribution to society. This family office is driven not only by business information but also by the Family Council.
Foundation
Teak Capital was founded in 1997 and has been engaged in more than 40 investments in the industrial, financial, private equity, venture capital, real estate, education and health care areas. Over the last 5 years, Teak Capital has more than doubled its asset base.
Team
An experienced team in the industry and services sectors, focused on seeking the right investment opportunities and creating the incentives to make sure its portfolio companies are run with the correct governance principles.
