Carlos Moreira da Silva is the founder and CEO of Teak Capital. He has been the Chairman of BA Glass, one of the largest companies in the world in the glass packaging sector, since 2003 until early 2020. Carlos has over 20 years of experience as a CEO and held several board membership positions in large corporations in Portugal and Spain such as Banco BPI, Sonae and 3i Group España. Carlos is also a member of the board of directors at the Serralves Foundation. Attended Stanford Executive Programme, received a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. in Management Science from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom). Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Porto.
