Sonae Indústria is a company which manages different businesses in the areas of wood based panels, laminates and decorative products for application in the construction and interior design industries.

Founded in 1959, in Portugal, as part of SONAE Group, today Sonae Indústria has industrial units in Portugal, Spain, Germany, Canada and South Africa.

In May 2016, Sonae Indústria completed a partnership with Inversiones Arauco Internacional, a company with headquarters in Chile and one of the largest producers of forest resources.
