Teak Capital and Tangor Capital have reached an agreement with Sun Capital to acquire Vetrerie Riunite Group. The proposed transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. The Novaref division of the VR Group was not included within the transaction perimeter. Headquartered in Verona, Italy, the VR Group is a global leader in glass windows for front-load household laundry appliances. The Group, founded in 1968, has long-standing relationships with all major international white goods and home appliance manufacturers.
